Our products are wellness tools designed to support emotional expression. They are not medical devices or a substitute for Therapy or professional advice.
We do our best to display accurate product descriptions and images, but we cannot guarantee that your device’s display will be accurate.
All products are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
3. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in the country’s currency.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.
Payment must be made in full before any order is shipped.
4. Shipping and Delivery
We offer global shipping. Shipping times and costs may vary by country.
Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed and may be affected by external factors beyond our control.
Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes applicable in their country.
5. Returns and Refunds
Due to the nature of our emotional wellness product crowdfunding campaign, we only accept returns on defective items.
Refunds for defective items will be processed after we receive proof of defect (photo or return, depending on the case) and receive the defected product.

6. Limitation of Liability
Triangerr and its owners are not responsible for any emotional, physical, or psychological outcomes resulting from use or misuse of our products.
By using our product, you acknowledge that emotional expression can be intense, and that it is your responsibility to seek professional guidance when necessary.
In no case shall Triangerr, our founders, employees, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
7. Disclaimer: Emotional Use & Mental Health
Triangerr is a tool for emotional release and self-expression. It is not a therapeutic intervention.
If you are unsure how to release anger safely, we recommend seeking support from a licensed mental health professional before using Triangerr.
You use this product at your own discretion and risk.
8.By using our Site and purchasing our products, you agree that any disputes or claims related to your use of the Site or products shall be resolved exclusively through final and binding arbitration, rather than in court, except that you may assert claims in small claims court if your claims qualify.
The arbitration shall be conducted under the rules of a recognized arbitration body in Estonia, unless both parties agree otherwise. You agree to waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action.
This arbitration agreement includes any disputes regarding the enforceability, interpretation, or application of this agreement to arbitrate.
9. User-Generated Content
If you submit a note in the note section at in the cart, you agree that:
- We may include this note on a physical card in your package.
- We may share snippets of this note on our social media channels, without using your name or any identifying details (anonymously).
If you do not wish for your note to be used in this way, please leave the note field blank.
10. Triangerr products are suitable for children ages 3+ and may be purchased for them by a parent, guardian, or responsible adult.
By purchasing Triangerr for a child, you acknowledge and agree that:
- Use by minors must be supervised by an adult.
- Triangerr is not responsible for how children interpret or use the product without proper guidance.
- It is the responsibility of the parent or guardian to ensure the product is used in a safe, age-appropriate, and emotionally supportive way.
- We do not knowingly market directly to children or collect personal information from users under the age of 16.
11. Intellectual Property
All content, designs, product shapes, materials, names, logos, branding elements, and visual or tactile features related to Triangerr, including but not limited to the plush toy design, the name "Triangerr LTD", the character "Ragee", and any associated artwork or material, are the sole property of Stephanie Skrindaj OU and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Any reproduction, imitation, or unauthorised use of these elements without explicit written permission from the owner is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
No part of this site or product may be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written consent.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Greece, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
